At LES COLLECTION, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home curation. If a piece does not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure fragile home decor and textiles are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
